Arrowhead Programs Announces New Leadership

Arrowhead Programs, a division of Arrowhead Intermediaries, announces the creation of a new dedicated leadership capability designed to steer portfolio-level strategy, ensuring alignment between insurance carrier appetite, portfolio performance, and long-term growth objectives. The new function will be led by chief portfolio officer Brandon Schall, who will shape and manage the strategic priorities across Arrowhead Programs’ portfolio with a strong focus on delivering value to carrier partners.

Building on Arrowhead Program’s $7.9+ billion in annual gross written premium placed in 2025 and its highly diversified delegated underwriting portfolio, the move is a strategic step to deepen relationships with carrier partners. It also positions Arrowhead Programs to deliver more bespoke solutions to customers across geographies, lines of business, and risk profiles. Brandon Schall, based in Dallas, Texas, will partner with leaders across the division to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, accelerate new product development and ensure consistent alignment between carrier appetite and portfolio performance.

Schall brings two decades of experience to the role, including 17 years in progressively senior roles at American Specialty, an Arrowhead Programs MGU, where he led sales with a dual focus on growth and carrier profitability. For the past four years, Schall has served as president at Health Special Risk, an accident and health MGU within Arrowhead Programs. With Schall’s appointment, Health Special Risk will be led by seasoned leaders Jeff Holmes and Chris Lyons who joined Arrowhead Intermediaries through the One80 acquisition.
