Allianz Partners UK has entered into a new long-term partnership with travel insurance intermediary Coverwise to introduce additional device protection for UK travellers when abroad.
The Coverwise Travel Gadget offering provides dedicated protection against the loss, theft, or accidental damage of essential personal electronics while abroad. Designed for the modern traveller, the policy covers a wide array of devices including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smartwatches, and offers customers repair, replacement, or cash reimbursement, ensuring customers are supported if things don’t go as planned.
The new partnership marks Allianz Partners’ entry into the UK travel gadget market, building on its position as the UK’s leading travel insurer. More broadly, it reflects the company’s strategic focus on evolving its protection and assistance portfolio in the UK, combining insurance with complementary services designed around real‑world customer risks.
