The latest update from DGTAL;
DGTAL, the Agentic AI platform specialist for (re)insurance and regulated industries, announces that it has passed €1 million in annual revenue and is reshaping its leadership structure to capitalise on the opportunity ahead. The company is targeting a doubling of revenue within the next twelve months, and has assembled an executive leadership team to match that ambition.
A new chapter in leadership
Vanda Giannara, Co-Founder and former Chief Commercial Officer, assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) lead the company going forward. She succeeds Arndt Gossmann, who launched DGTAL and has led the company through its formative years. Arndt remains the majority shareholder and member of the Executive Board.
Joining the leadership team alongside Vanda is Richard Hundt, Chief Technology Officer — recognition of the central role technology leadership plays in DGTAL’s continued growth.
The broader Management Team has also been strengthened: Natasa Maniou has been appointed Chief Client Officer (CCO); Nicola Robben takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO); and Sirarpi Arshakyan becomes Chief of Staff (CoS). With this appointment, DGTAL’s management team is 80% female — at a time when women hold fewer than 20% of tech leadership roles across Europe.
