KONSILEO

Helen Broadbent ACII has joined commercial insurance broker Konsileo as Head of Insurer Strategy.
She will lead the £85m GWP broker’s insurer placement framework, strengthening collaborative partnerships that benefits clients, brokers and insurers alike.
Broadbent began her broking career at Gauntlet Group and held corporate broking roles at JLT and Gallagher. More recently she was head of corporate client management and regional broking director at Kennett Insurance & Risk Management, and regional broking manager at Jensten.
Konsileo’s whole-of-market placement strategy empowers brokers to choose which markets to recommend based solely on client needs, rather than centralised panels or placement targets.
MNK INTERNATIONAL

MNK International, the specialist Lloyd’s of London broker, has expanded its capability with the appointment of market expert Robert Cooper as Managing Director – Aquaculture, Livestock & Bloodstock, to build out its global agricultural and specialty portfolio. He joins with a mandate to establish a high-quality, scalable offering supported by MNK Group’s specialty expertise, integrated MGA capabilities, and entrepreneurial approach.
Based out of MNK International’s London office, Cooper will focus on building a diversified global portfolio spanning aquaculture, livestock and bloodstock. This includes broader agriculture and farm combined, with a remit to expand further into adjacent niche classes. His appointment reflects the business’s ambition to continue growing in high-value specialist markets as part of its long-term strategy.
Cooper brings over a decade’s experience across global markets, including previous experience at Lycetts. He joins from Price Forbes, where he spent almost five years as Divisional Director building a substantial book of business across livestock and bloodstock, as well as aquaculture.
BROKERBILITY
Brokerbility is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle South as Managing Director of Gauntlet, effective 1 September 2026.
Michelle joins Gauntlet from Brokerbility, where she currently serves as Market Management Director. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the UK general insurance market, having built an extensive career spanning broker distribution, underwriting, operations and market management. Prior to joining Brokerbility, Michelle held a number of senior roles within Aviva’s broker division, covering servicing, sales and distribution. She also spent four years at national broker Willis as Development Director, where she worked closely with the Willis Networks team, supporting brokers such as Gauntlet in growing their businesses.
WARD HADAWAY

Top 100 UK law firm Ward Hadaway has expanded its advisory capability with the appointment of strategic risk specialist Mike Gore, enhancing its ability to support clients on health, safety and regulatory compliance matters, alongside wider business risk and governance.
The move reflects continued investment in the firm’s national offering, bringing together legal expertise with operational and strategic advisory to support growing businesses, particularly in sectors such as leisure and hospitality.
Mike brings his extensive in-house experience managing complex operational risk across multi-site businesses, where he has worked at board level to identify emerging issues, implement governance frameworks and respond to critical incidents. His background spans regulatory compliance, safety management and business continuity, alongside advising on the practical delivery of risk mitigation across large organisations.
RIPE

Ripe, the UK-based digital managing general agent (MGA), announces the appointment of Jon Fell as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Jon will lead Ripe’s operational strategy and oversee customer operations. He will play a central role in the company’s continued growth, focusing on the successful integration of future acquisitions. He will be based at Ripe’s new headquarters in Stockport, which officially opened in April 2026.
Jon joins Ripe from Verso Wealth Management, where he served as Group Chief Operating Officer, leading the integration of acquired businesses and driving operational scalability across the Group.
Prior to this, he built a 25-year career in operational leadership, holding senior roles at Assurant Europe, Bank of America, and several private equity-backed financial services businesses. Across these positions, he delivered large-scale digitisation programmes and significant improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency.

Willis Re, the international reinsurance broker, today announced the appointments of Jonathan Ogilvie (ABOVE) as Global Head of Non-Marine Specialties and Chris Dart as Head of Treaty Reinsurance, Bermuda, effective immediately.
In their roles, Ogilvie and Dart will be responsible for leading their respective teams, managing portfolio performance, and contributing to the expansion of Willis Re’s reinsurance platform. They will collaborate closely with colleagues and trading partners to strengthen market engagement and enhance service delivery in their specific markets. Ogilvie will be based in London and Dart in Bermuda.
Ogilvie has more than 20 years of experience across the insurance, reinsurance and retrocession markets in both London and Bermuda. Prior to joining Willis Re, he served as Head of Property Retrocession in Bermuda at Guy Carpenter and previously held management positions within the firm’s London operations, working across property, specialty and casualty lines.

Dart (ABOVE) joins Willis Re with 23 years of experience in Bermuda and London, specializing in property treaty and retrocession reinsurance solutions for global clients. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Property Treaty Bermuda at Guy Carpenter. Prior to that, he was a Senior Broker at John B. Collins & Associates in Bermuda.
Willis Re has also announced the appointment of John Fletcher as Chief Executive Officer, Willis Re Bermuda, effective immediately.
In this role, Fletcher will be responsible for leading Willis Re’s Bermuda platform, driving business growth and the continued development of an industry-leading team. He will oversee the execution and implementation of strategic plans aligned with the company’s objectives, overseeing all operational activities and ensuring the business remains agile and responsive to evolving market dynamics.
Fletcher brings over 35 years of experience across the reinsurance and retrocession sectors and is recognized as one of Bermuda’s most experienced practitioners. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in delivering customized reinsurance solutions and developed long-standing relationships with clients and market participants worldwide.
SAPIENS
Sapiens International Corporation N.V. (“Sapiens” or “the Company”) today announces two senior leadership appointments as part of a strategic organisational transformation designed to accelerate delivery excellence and strengthen customer outcomes at scale. Paul Hutchison joins Sapiens as Chief Delivery Success Officer (CDSO) and Michael Rieder as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO). MARSH

Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, has announced the appointment of Lorraine Roberts-Rance as Workplace Healthcare Consulting Leader at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), effective immediately. Based in London, Ms. Roberts-Rance will report to Neil Atkinson, Strategic Healthcare Consulting Practice Leader, and work closely with Nick McMenemy, Mercer Marsh Benefits UK Leader.
In this role, Ms. Roberts-Rance will lead MMB’s UK Workplace Health Consulting team as it expands the services and solutions it provides to meet the evolving needs of clients in the health and social care sector, as well as work with policymakers and government agencies. She will also join Mercer’s Global Workforce Health advisory network to ensure clients benefit from worldwide, evidence-based strategies.
TOKIO MARINE KILN

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), a leading international specialty insurer, announces the appointment of Georgina Rennie as Head of Political Violence and Terrorism(PVT). She takes up her new role with immediate effect and will report to James Wilson, Head of Special Risks. Rennie will be responsible for leading the strategic development and underwriting performance of TMK’s PVT portfolio across London and Singapore.
Rennie brings more than a decade of specialist PVT underwriting experience, with a strong track record of managing large, complex global portfolios and delivering profitable growth. She joins from Talbot AIG, where she served as Deputy Head of Terrorism and Political Violence, overseeing one of the largest portfolios in the market. In this role, she guided portfolio strategy, pricing and exposure management, and played a key role in enhancing exposure management and pricing models.
POLICY EXPERT

Policy Expert, one of the UK’s fastest growing personal lines insurers, has appointed Graham Wright as Chief Growth Officer, a newly created role, strengthening the business’ senior underwriting, pricing and counter fraud capabilities. The appointment also reflects a broader evolution of the Growth function, with trading now incorporated into its remit for the first time as Policy Expert continues to scale.
Graham is a qualified actuary with more than 20 years’ experience in personal lines insurance spanning underwriting, pricing, broking, consultancy and retail distribution. He joins from Allianz UK, where he served as Managing Director, Home, and interim Managing Director, UK Personal Broker, overseeing major personal lines portfolios across home, motor, and broker channels.
ACUITY TRADING

Acuity Trading, the AI-driven market intelligence company built for brokers, prop firms and trading platforms, has appointed Tegan Johnson as Sales Development Representative (SDR), based in the company’s London office.
The appointment comes as Acuity continues to expand its commercial team and strengthen its support for firms seeking embedded market intelligence, trade signals, event intelligence and AI-powered market context. It also follows a period of product growth for the business, including the strategic investment in MarketReader which brings real-time market-move attribution into Acuity’s intelligence workflow. This helps users understand not only what is moving, but why it is moving and helps to identify factors that may influence future market developments.
ARCH INSURANCE
Arch Insurance International (Arch) today announced the appointment of Kendra Felisky as Chair of the Boards of Arch Insurance (UK) Limited (AIUK) and Arch Managing Agency Limited (AMAL), following the retirement of Patrick Storey from the role.
Felisky is a highly experienced Independent Non-Executive Director and insurance professional who has served on the Boards of both AIUK and AMAL since February 2021, bringing five years of deep institutional knowledge of Arch to the Chair role.
