Trio of New Claims Hires at Pro Global

Gary Brankin joins as Head of Technical Claims, Harjinder Gill as Senior Claims Technical – Complex Claims, and Teri Croman as Claims Central Services Team Leader. The trio bring deep experience across litigation, complex claims, and operational delivery, enhancing Pro’s ability to support clients in an increasingly demanding market environment.

Gary joins with extensive experience in high-value and complex insurance disputes, having spent over 20 years’ as a solicitor in private practice specializing in asbestos-related disease claims and the last 5 years as an Equity Partner at Kennedys LLP. In his new role, Gary will lead the technical direction of Pro’s claims offering, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across jurisdictions and classes.

Harjinder (also a qualified Solicitor) brings over 15 years’ experience in disease and illness litigation, with a strong focus on complex claims. He will play a key role in advising clients on technically challenging matters and supporting the development of Pro’s complex claims proposition.

Teri adds significant operational expertise, having worked previously within legal services settings in a host of operationally focused roles. She will lead the Claims Central Services Team, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and client service excellence.

These appointments reflect Pro Global’s continued investment in its claims offering, ensuring clients are supported by market-leading expertise across the full claims lifecycle.
