Protector Insurance has renewed its partnership with AA Business Services. The accident management arm of The AA serves as Protector’s accident management supplier for commercial motor policyholders.
This renewal between the UK’s leading provider of driver services and the fast-growing Scandinavian challenger brand reflects the strength of the business relationship and the high quality of service delivered to date.
The partnership has seen AA Business Services provide a comprehensive repair management solution focused on reducing vehicle downtime, delivering strong operational insight and ensuring a consistent claims and repair experience for Protector policyholders and third parties.
The businesses are exploring partnership opportunities beyond accident management, including how The AA’s wider driving expertise, operational scale and data insight capabilities could further support Protector and its customers in the future.
