New research from Simply Business reveals that approximately 4 million renters in England have got, or plan to get pets this year, highlighting a significant shift in tenant demand. To help landlords manage this transition, the new policy offers an additional layer of protection. The product covers Accidental Damage and Fixtures and Fittings protection.
