With direct access via Acturis, more brokers can now instantly access a comprehensive range of add-on solutions designed to provide landlords the protection they need to safeguard their properties, income, and peace of mind. This includes legal expenses, excess protection, home emergency, rent guarantee, and pet damage protection.
The launch significantly expands Alps’ let property offering on Acturis, further strengthening its broker distribution and making it easier for Acturis users to access a broader range of specialist add-on products that enhance client protection and support retention.
Products available through Acturis are supported by a growing panel of insurers and claims-handling arrangements, with claims serviced either by Alps’ in-house team or specialist claims partners, depending on the product.
