The latest client win for DOCOsoft;
DOCOsoft, a leading claims technology provider to global (re)insurers, has announced a partnership with global specialty underwriter, SiriusPoint to implement DOCOsoft Vew, an AI–powered cloud-native SaaS claims management platform, across its operations in Europe, North America and Bermuda.
SiriusPoint provides insurance and reinsurance solutions to clients and partners worldwide, underwriting a diversified portfolio across Accident & Health, Aviation & Space, Casualty, Credit, Energy, Marine, Property, Surety and other specialty lines.
SiriusPoint selected DOCOsoft Vew to support its global claims operations across insurance, reinsurance and MGA business, and provide a modern, cloud-native platform capable of managing complex, multi-class specialty claims, while delivering the flexibility, operational insight and scalability to support its global business and provide a foundation for the ongoing adoption of AI and other emerging technologies.
Developed specifically for enterprise-scale specialty (re)insurers, DOCOsoft Vew combines comprehensive claims management capabilities with a secure cloud-native SaaS architecture, highly configurable workflows, AI-powered productivity tools, and advanced operational analytics. Its structured approach to claims data provides a strong foundation for expanding the use of AI across the claims lifecycle, while its modern API-first architecture facilitates future integration with third-party technologies and services. The platform will enable SiriusPoint to manage the full lifecycle of complex claims while continuously benefiting from new capabilities as business and market requirements evolve.
Following a comprehensive evaluation process, SiriusPoint selected DOCOsoft as the partner whose specialist expertise in complex claims, deep understanding of global specialty insurance and reinsurance operations, proven functionality, secure cloud architecture, long-term product vision and collaborative approach most closely aligned with its own requirements and ambitions.
The appointment follows the successful first production deployment of DOCOsoft Vew earlier this year and marks another significant step in the platform’s adoption by enterprise-scale specialty carriers. With further customer announcements expected in the coming months, it demonstrates growing market demand for DOCOsoft’s next-generation claims platform beyond its initial deployment.
DOCOsoft is headquartered at NexusUCD in Dublin, with offices in London, and is supported by Enterprise Ireland.
Aidan O’Neill, CEO of DOCOsoft, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome SiriusPoint as the latest global carrier to adopt DOCOsoft Vew. SiriusPoint is a highly respected global specialty insurer and reinsurer, and we’re proud to be supporting its claims operations globally. Following Vew’s first successful production deployment earlier this year, SiriusPoint’s decision represents another important milestone for the platform and underlines the growing demand we’re seeing from major specialty insurers and reinsurers.
“Vew has been designed specifically for the demands of specialty (re)insurance, but, equally importantly, it’s been built with the future in mind. Its modern MACH architecture, built around microservices and Open APIs, provides a scalable foundation on which carriers can integrate third-party technologies and take advantage of new AI capabilities as they emerge. We’re looking forward to working closely with SiriusPoint as its business and the technology continue to evolve.”
David Turner, Global Head of Claims at SiriusPoint, said:
“We were looking for a claims platform that could support the scale, complexity and international nature of our operations – while also providing the flexibility we’ll need as our business continues to evolve and expand. Equally important was finding a partner with proven expertise in specialty claims, a strong understanding of the specialist markets in which we operate, and a product strategy that’s aligned with our long-term objectives.
“DOCOsoft demonstrated the specialist functionality, security, market expertise and collaborative approach we were looking for. We’re confident that Vew provides the right platform to support our claims operations right now, while giving us the flexibility to continue evolving our capabilities in the years ahead.”
