OverseeAI, the insurance software company helping P&C carriers structure their product knowledge, modernize legacy technology, and launch new products faster, has announced that it has joined the Guidewire Insurtech Vanguards program.
Insurtech Vanguards is a community of select startups and technology providers that are bringing novel solutions to the P&C industry. As part of the program, Guidewire provides strategic guidance to and advocates for the participating insurtechs, while connecting them with the Guidewire carrier community.
As carriers work to modernize legacy technology and bring new products to market faster, they need reliable, structured product knowledge to guide that work. Yet rates, rules, coverages, and forms are often scattered across documents, systems, and teams, making it difficult to launch products efficiently or migrate them to new systems.
OverseeAI’s Product Catalog turns this knowledge into a structured, carrier-owned product definition, helping carriers launch new products, rationalize portfolios, and modernize legacy technology. Independent of any one core platform or implementation partner, it generates the artifacts each core system needs within the carrier’s own release processes. Underwriters, actuaries, and product leaders retain responsibility for the decisions that shape their products.
The company also offers Oversee Research, which gives P&C teams source-cited answers on competitor rates, coverages, exclusions, forms, and documented product changes across states and lines of business. Together, these capabilities give carriers a clearer understanding of their products and the market around them, supporting faster product launches and more effective modernization of legacy systems.
