The partnership between the two brands continues for another four years;
Allianz Partners, a global leader in B2B2C insurance and assistance within Allianz Group, and TUI Group, one of the world’s leading tourism groups, are continuing their journey together. The two companies have renewed their successful partnership for another four years, effective November 1, 2026. The agreement combines the strength of two globally trusted brands and both companies’ commitment to delivering comprehensive travel insurance and protection solutions to millions of customers across Europe, while they explore the world.
The partnership currently covers 11 European markets: Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Romania. Further markets are under consideration.
For TUI customers this means access to travel insurance and protection solutions that provide coverage, assistance, and support before, during, and after every trip.
The next phase of the partnership will focus on making travel protection smarter, simpler, and more seamless. Key priorities include:
Innovation and digitalisation, including the rollout of Allianz Fusion®, Allianz Partners’ AI-enabled quotation and optimisation platform for travel insurance
Enhancing the customer experience by leveraging the strong AI investments of both companies
Expand the cooperation with TUI Group through new markets and distribution channels.
Allianz Fusion® is purpose-built for merchandising and marketing travel insurance within digital purchase paths. It leverages data science, advanced segmentation, and predictive methodologies to match customers with the most relevant travel protection products, pricing, and messaging.
A partnership built on trust and scale
Jacob Fuest, Chief Markets Officer, Allianz Partners, said: “The renewal of our partnership with TUI Group confirms the trust and shared ambition that has defined this collaboration from the start. We are proud that TUI Group continues to place its confidence in us. At the heart of our partnership is a simple promise: helping travellers book and travel with confidence by providing travel protection, assistance, and support at every stage of the journey. As we look ahead, we will harness the latest technology and data-driven insights to make travel protection even more seamless and reassuring for every TUI Group customer.”
Mathias Kiep, Chief Financial Officer, TUI Group, said: “We are delighted to continue our successful longstanding relationship with Allianz Partners. When it comes to insurance, it is of utmost importance to have a strong and reliable partner. TUI stands for peace of mind from booking to return. An integrated travel insurance policy seamlessly extends this brand promise to cover unforeseen events before or during the trip. Prioritising innovation and digitalisation to enhance the customer experience and make travel protection even smarter will be crucial in the coming years, as artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing how customers discover destinations and book their holidays.”
