The latest client win for Duck Creek;
Duck Creek, the intelligent core of insurance, today announced that Mutual Benefit Group (MBG) has selected Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Billing, Duck Creek Producer Portal, and Duck Creek Clarity Data Foundation to support a greenfield implementation for its future-state platform.
MBG will launch the new business in Delaware, beginning with Businessowners Policy, Commercial Umbrella, and Workers’ Compensation. Building on its existing use of Duck Creek’s cloud platform, including Duck Creek Claims and Duck Creek OnDemand, MBG is expanding a long-standing relationship and applying the internal platform expertise it has developed over time. This latest initiative extends that foundation into a comprehensive cloud deployment supporting the new lines of business.
The platform will allow MBG to configure products efficiently, streamline quote-to-bind and policy servicing, and deliver modern digital experiences to independent agents and policyholders. Duck Creek’s configurable architecture, commercial lines content, analytics, and SaaS operating model are intended to help MBG bring products to market quickly while maintaining a scalable cost structure as the business grows.
