Neos, the UK’s first smart home insurance provider, has partnered with HomeServe Labs, to offer the world’s leading smart water leak detection system LeakBot as part of its smart home insurance package.

Neos offers a selection of cutting-edge smart home products as standard with each policy saving customers hundreds of pounds in upfront costs.
This is combined with 24/7 monitoring and assistance, plus the back up of comprehensive home insurance, all managed through an app, helping consumers protect their homes from anywhere in the world. The new Wi-Fi version of LeakBot from HomeServe Labs will provide Neos with a national solution to leak detection in the home, mitigating the risk of water damage across the UK.
Launching this summer, Neos customers will be offered the latest LeakBot smart water leak alarm to install in their home which seamlessly connects to the home Wi-Fi system. LeakBot will integrate with Neos’ intuitive app and alert users as soon as a potential leak is detected. LeakBot can help protect against water damage and leaks in the home, which are the second biggest driver of home insurance claims. A leak in the home can cause major disruption and distress, especially as leaks are frequently hidden with water escaping slowly over a long period of time, meaning homeowners often aren’t aware there is an issue until it is too late.
