Collinson Appoints New Head of Assistance

Collinson, a global leader in loyalty and benefits, has appointed Scott Sunderman as Head of Assistance.

Scott will be responsible for growing Collinson’s assistance offering and supporting its ambition to deliver the industry’s most innovative and customer-centric claims and assistance service. In particular, Scott will focus on developing Collinson’s travel risk management, medical, and security assistance services, alongside the delivery of best-in-class services to the company’s existing leisure and financial clients.

Scott joins Collinson with a wealth of experience in medical and security assistance. He was Group CEO of Healix International and HX Global between 2011 and 2016 and, prior to this, led the Sales and Marketing team at International SOS.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Coleman, European Director of Collinson, said: “We are delighted to welcome Scott to the Collinson family.
