Diversity: Bought By Many Wins InterPride Award

Bought By Many, the UK’s fastest growing insurtech, has become the first UK insurer to be awarded the InterPride Life Seal of Approval.

InterPride exists to promote Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride on an international level, with the goal of standing up to inequality and fighting injustice against these communities.

The InterPride Life Seal of Approval is the definitive mark of approval from the InterPride team, awarded following an extensive external auditing process.

The Seal of Approval means the company in question has been vetted and approved in three critical areas: First, the product works and is of the highest possible quality; Second, the business is committed to incremental improvement with regards to inclusivity within its own organisation; And finally, the business operates and promotes itself within the marketplace in a way that understands, respects and is sensitive to the LGBT+ community.

For example, it allows people to select Mx as their title, whereas as many insurance companies only offer Mr, Mrs or Ms.

Bought By Many designs unique insurance products using search data and consumer feedback, and won the Gold Trusted Service Award in 2018 and 2019 award from Feefo, with more than 7,500 five-star reviews on the platform in the past year.
