It’s all happening at BIBA this week, with a new partnership announced between IP Integration and Blieve. Here’s the word;
IP Integration (IPI), the digital contact centre specialist, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Blieve, the consultancy set up by Mark Bower-Dyke. The partnership, which will be launched at this year’s BIBA Conference, is designed to help insurance sector clients, including brokers, achieve their strategic aims by getting the best out of their people, business processes and technology, according to IPI’s Mat Melvin, Sales and Marketing Director.
Mat Melvin said:
“It’s great to be able to team up with Mark and the Blieve team, a respected industry entrepreneur who has built a string of outstanding businesses, including Be Wiser. His deep understanding of the mechanics of customer-facing insurance provision is second to none, and we are confident that we will be able to increase our presence in the sector as a result.”
IPI has partnered insurance companies for the last 20 years, bringing its contact centre expertise to the likes of Ageas, Europa Group and Complete Cover Group.
Mat added: “Our clients will benefit from access to both the business insight and innovative technology to create a market-leading approach to customer experience, which is aligned to a wider business strategy.”
Mark Bower-Dyke said: “IPI have a track record for delivering high quality contact centre solutions and services to insurance providers as well as other industry sectors. The marriage of technology with people presents a big opportunity in the post-Covid world. While customers are more comfortable than ever using technology, most still want to know that there are points along the process where they can speak to a human being.”
“I am convinced we have a compelling story to tell prospective clients at BIBA, where our partnership will be launched, and we look forward to discussing how we can help at our stand B79.”
