Geospatial technology firm Kamma have announced they are launching access to their services with one of the UK’s largest property franchise Groups, Belvoir. The group supplier deal will offer all 360 Belvoir Group franchisees including the Northwood, Newton Fallowell, Lovelle and Nicholas Humphreys brands, access to Kamma’s 24/7 licence compliance services and help them keep up to date with new licensing regulations.
With licensing changing on average every eight days across the country and with 11 new licensing schemes starting in April there has never been so many regulatory risks for letting agents and landlords. Thanks to Kamma’s recent partnership with Complylex, all Belvoir customers will now be able to benefit from discount rates of Kamma’s services.
At the end of November last year, the total fines for letting agents and landlords in London crossed the £7 million mark and this number looks set to increase unless agents can get ahead of the legislation today. Thanks to the collaboration between Belvoir and Kamma, agents will be able to get instant and accurate licensing updates directly to their inbox and allow them to automatically monitor their portfolio for any changes to licensing requirements.
This collaboration has come about to remove complexity and save time from letting agents’ daily lives. As Kamma CEO, Orla Shields, explains: “We’re excited to be working with a market leader like Belvoir and offer our licensing compliance services to all their agents across the UK. Belvoir are known for their strong foothold in the property market and Kamma offers to help all Belvoir’s agents with their licencing compliance, all whilst saving them time and resources.”
