Collective Benefits, a London-based company that provides insurance, wellbeing and savings to flexible workers was selected among hundreds of candidates as one of the World Economic Forum’s “Technology Pioneers”.
Collective Benefits’ end-to-end, digital-first insurance and benefits platform offers a range of meaningful protections designed to help independent workers feel the same level of security as those in permanent employment. It also helps to solve some of the critical business issues facing on-demand platforms through increasing worker satisfaction and lowering costly staff turnover.
The World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers are early to growth-stage companies from around the world that are involved in the use of new technologies and innovation that are poised to have a significant impact on business and society. With their selection as Technology Pioneer, CEO Anthony Beilin of Collective Benefits will be invited to participate at World Economic Forum activities, events and discussions throughout the year. Collective Benefits will also contribute to Forum initiatives over the next two years, working with global leaders to help address key industry and societal issues.
“We’re excited to welcome Collective Benefits to our 2022 cohort of Technology Pioneers,” says Saemoon Yoon, Community Lead, Technology Pioneers, World Economic Forum. “Collective Benefits and its fellow pioneers are at the forefront of industries that are critical to solving some of our world’s most complex issues today. We look forward to their contribution to the World Economic Forum in its commitment to improving the state of the world.”
“Being selected as a Technology Pioneer is a significant achievement for our rapidly-growing company. It is both validating and exciting to have our mission of tackling the critical social issue of independent worker vulnerability backed by such a prestigious organisation. We can’t wait to get to work with the Forum and the community it will open us up to, and feel honoured and proud to be following in the footsteps of some of the world’s most influential tech companies. This is a real pinch-yourself moment, and one that’s only been made possible by the incredible dedication, passion, and enthusiasm of the team here at Collective Benefits.” – Anthony Beilin, CEO of Collective Benefits
