It’s Been a Busy Year, Says Acturis Group

Latest financials from Acturis;

Acturis Group (consolidated under ultimate parent Topinsure Limited), the leading Software-as-a-Service provider to the insurance industry, is proud to announce its 20th consecutive year of revenue growth following another year of good financial performance in 2021. Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2021 show revenues of £111.9m, an increase of £7m over the previous year.

David McDonald, Co-CEO commented:

We are delighted to report another period of sustained growth in the year to September 2021 and our highest ever revenues for the Group.

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the Group continued to perform well, reflecting strong demand for our products and services across all geographies and the robustness of our SaaS business model.

Our investment in our platforms and technologies increased year on year to £15.6m in 2021. This enabled us to maintain our leadership in electronic trading, extend our support for mobile services, expand our range of AI and data services, improve UX experiences for customers and support our clients in the transition to digital insurance.

Theo Duchen, co-CEO further commented:

Encouragingly, our continued growth was supported by the addition of many new clients – some starting from scratch and others moving from competitor offerings. The Group is present in 6 countries, with a strong pipeline of prospects in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Ireland, Canada and France. We are very encouraged to see the demand for the Acturis System as we enter new geographical markets.

We remain focused on helping our customers navigate the path to becoming highly efficient, digitally enabled organisations, well equipped to take full advantage of technological, data and AI advances.
