MOU Agreed Between Surer and AEAS

Latest partnership deal from Surer;

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Surer and the Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) (AEAS). The MOU sought to affirm the partnership between both parties to enable all Employment Agencies who are members of AEAS to have digital access to appropriate insurance plans for their customers, thereby enhancing service quality, employer satisfaction, and worker protection within the industry.

The partnership will see both parties collaborate on the following fronts:

● Digital solution: Surer will provide AEAS members with access to its online platform, enabling them to obtain appropriate insurance plans for their customers

● Awareness: conduct awareness campaigns among AEAS members regarding digital transformation and the digital solution offered by Surer

● Education and training: organise training sessions and workshops to educate AEAS members on digital transformation and the usage of the digital solution offered by Surer

“Based on volume, Foreign Domestic Worker Insurance is the top product transacted on Surer today. In working with multiple Employment Agencies to drive growth, we realised the huge role these Employment Agencies play when it comes to recommending appropriate insurance plans to their customers. However, we also noticed many Employment Agencies struggling with manual processes due to a lack of suitable tech solutions for their specific needs. Having successfully assisted the digital transformation of early Employment Agency users on Surer, we are confident this partnership with AEAS will be an impactful one for its members and their digital transformation on this front.” said Derren Teo, Co-founder of Surer.
