The latest partnership news from CUBE for you;
CUBE, a global leader in Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) and Regulatory Change Management (RCM), announces a partnership with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention. The partnership was announced alongside the launch of a certified and fully integrated connector, available via the ServiceNow Store, which embeds CUBE’s regulatory intelligence and change management directly into ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
The integration enables organisations across highly regulated industries, including financial services, to connect real-time regulatory updates and obligations from CUBE’s RegPlatformTM into ServiceNow IRM, enabling compliance, risk, and legal teams across the globe to move from reactive compliance to proactive regulatory readiness. The partnership has been backed by executive leadership and supported by a coordinated go-to-market and product strategy, underscoring a shared commitment to modernising regulatory change management and operational risk workflows.
London headquartered CUBE has been expanding rapidly through strategic acquisitions and product innovation, currently serving more than 1,000 customers globally and operating across 20 countries. Partnering with ServiceNow represents another significant step in CUBE’s continued growth trajectory, driving innovation across the industry and reinforcing its position as a global RegTech leader.
Ben Richmond, Founder & CEO of CUBE, said: “As regulatory complexity continues to grow, organisations need intelligence that works inside their existing platforms. Our partnership with ServiceNow extends CUBE’s mission to make regulatory change automated, actionable and embedded across the enterprise. Together with ServiceNow, we’re enabling firms to move faster, act earlier and manage compliance and risk at scale with far greater confidence.”
“Regulatory change shouldn’t require manual tracking and endless coordination – it needs intelligent automation,” said Vasant Balasubramanian, Group Vice President and General Manager of Risk, ServiceNow. “By embedding CUBE’s intelligence into ServiceNow IRM, our AI agents can assess regulatory impact, trigger risk workflows, and orchestrate responses across the business. This gives risk and compliance leaders the ability to stay ahead of regulations and turn compliance obligations into competitive advantage.”
The partnership is expected to integrate select CUBE AI regulatory agents into the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, enabling greater automation for customers using CUBE RegPlatformTM alongside ServiceNow IRM.
