The latest from All Clear, who have scooped four Best Buy ratings from Which? magazine. Here’s the word;
AllClear Group, which comprises AllClear Travel Insurance and InsureandGo Travel Insurance, is delighted to announce that four of its policies has received the prestigious ‘Best Buy’ status by Which? in their 2024 review of the best travel insurance companies and policies. Which?, the consumer champion, rigorously tests and reviews hundreds of products and services every year. This year, just six policies in total received ‘Best Buy’ status. This recognition underscores AllClear Group’s commitment to providing comprehensive and reliable insurance cover to travellers with medical conditions.
AllClear Best Buys: Platinum and Gold Plus
AllClear was the highest-scoring medical specialist insurer in the Which? analysis. The AllClear Platinum policy received a score of 79%, positioning it as joint 7th out of 161 policies rated. This policy was particularly noted for its comprehensive cover, which includes missed outbound, connecting, and return flights due to delays.
The AllClear Gold Plus policy was also named a ‘Best Buy’, with a policy score of 66%.
These accolades complement AllClear’s collection of recent honours, which include being ‘Reader Recommended’ by the Good Housekeeping Institute, a BIBA Official Scheme Provider, earning Defaqto’s 5 Star rating for its products, five-star rating on Trustpilot, and receiving the Insurance Times Award for Best Customer Service in 2023.
InsureandGo Best Buys: Black and Gold
With a policy score of 77%, InsureandGo’s flagship Black policy has been jointly ranked 10th out of 161 policies evaluated. The policy stood out for offering one of the highest cancellation limits in the market at £10,000. The Gold policy, scoring 71%, has also been named a Best Buy. Similar to AllClear, these awards are among several recognitions InsureandGo has received in the last year, alongside its Defaqto 5 Star rated products, Trustpilot five-star ratings, and the Insurance Times Best Customer Service Silver Award 2023.
Chris Rolland, CEO of the AllClear Group said: “We are immensely proud to have not just one, but four of our policies given ‘Best Buy’ status. Out of only six policies recognised with this prestigious accolade, our offerings dominated the list, reflecting the quality of our products and the service we provide.
“We work incredibly hard to lead the market in delivering travel insurance solutions, particularly with our products specialising in providing cover for those with medical conditions. We see this recognition by Which? not just as an achievement, but as a motivation to continue enhancing our services, ensuring our customers always have the best possible protection on their travels.”
