With the acquisition of VIA Delcredere GmbH, MRH Trowe is not only strengthening its specialist expertise, but also increasing its personnel capacities and regional presence in advising on balance sheet and liquidity risks.
“After gaining a strong market position in the benefits area last year with the addition of Lurse, this year the strategic growth focus is on the expansion of the Finance business area,” says Ralph Rockel, CEO of MRH Trowe. “Following the acquisition of Hansekontor Maklergesellschaft, we are now taking another important step towards supporting our customers in securing liquidity at the highest level.”
The market volume for securing liquidity has grown significantly in recent years. Damage caused by payment defaults can pose existential threats to many companies. “In many industries, the protection of receivables and liquidity is of equal importance to existential risks such as fire hazards, natural hazards, cyber risks or the violation of liability norms,” says Rockel. “The specialists at VIA Delcredere are an excellent reinforcement in this area, with which we live up to our claim of 360-degree consulting.”

VIA Delcredere GmbH has been on the market for more than 30 years and is one of the leading brokers in Germany in the field of receivables insurance and factoring.

With the recent acquisition of Hansekontor Maklergesellschaft mbH, MRH Trowe had already expanded its strategic Finance business area. The addition of VIA Delcredere GmbH, based in Bedburg near Cologne, is now a further building block in the expansion of the Credit & Finance segment.
The takeover of the company will take place retroactively as of January 1, 2024. The purchase price was not disclosed.
