This approach led to the decision to onboard Service Certainty imageproof™, a leader in both digital and physical capture of images and evidence at point of claim; supporting the digital, data and antifraud capabilitites of the teams.
Service Certainty imageproof™ will combine its network of professionals (professional photographers & and drone operators), with leading technology solutions, to rapidly obtaining images and videos enabling swift analysis of the claims validity and value to deliver fast and accurate outcomes for customers.
