The latest acquisition news from MRH Trowe;
MRH Trowe strengthens its presence in the Finance business area and acquires Dannenberg Versicherungsmakler GmbH. Through the acquisition, MRH Trowe is expanding its human resources and regional presence in advising the target groups of construction, mechanical and plant engineering as well as legal and business consulting professions.
“The market for surety insurance is developing dynamically and offers companies a wide range of opportunities to optimize their liquidity and make their guarantee requirements flexible,” says Rockel. “With the investment in Hansekontor and VIA Delcredere, we have successfully expanded our Finance business area. The cooperation with the experts from Dannenberg will further deepen this competence. This enables us to meet our holistic, industry-oriented consulting requirements.”
Dannenberg Versicherungsmakler GmbH specialises in surety bond insurance and business liability insurance. With the locations in Dresden and Munich, the new employees will also strengthen the company’s presence in Saxony and Bavaria. In addition, Dannenberg has special concepts, especially in financial loss liability insurance for auditors as well as legal and tax consulting professions.
Dannenberg Managing Director Gerhard Zehnter will remain with the company and will be involved in the further expansion of the finance segment. “Together with the MRH Trowe team, we can realize our growth plans and also offer our customers other services at the highest level,” says Zehnter.

The acquisition of the company follows the previously announced acquisitions in the finance segment Hansekontor and VIA Delcredere and is retroactive to January 1, 2024.
