The word from FlatGuard, who have been named Insurance Broker of the Year at the 2024 TPI ACE Awards.
The TPI ACE Awards recognise the leading lights among UK managing agents, their suppliers, and the work of people in improving the lives of millions of leaseholders across Britain. The FlatGuard team joined hundreds of UK managing agents and their suppliers at Old Billingsgate London at the end of June, where the awards were judged by a panel of independent experts.
Part of Bridge Insurance Brokers Ltd, FlatGuard has been recognised for going over and above in serving its clients in the residential lettings arena, and for as its continued efforts to improve the industry.
As well as driving change in insurance broking best practice, the FlatGuard team has been hosting education webinars and chairing thought leadership debates at industry conferences throughout the year – and launching its own series of Block Brunches to drive discussions around key industry issues. The whole FlatGuard team, working across Bridge’s London and Manchester offices, has been enrolled on a range of qualifications and learning programmes, growing its London presence and working with even more quality partners to provide the best possible service to clients.
Jack Seton, Head of FlatGuard says: “We were shortlisted last year which was an honour in itself, but winning the award is the perfect recognition of the team’s head work and vision for the industry. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees at the awards and huge thanks to our team and clients. It’s been a great year at FlatGuard and we hope to have an even better one to come.”
The judges said: “FlatGuard Insurance does exactly what it says on the tin. We saw clear evidence in this positive entry of FlatGuard’s engagement with the industry, contribution to best practice and expertise in their specialist field.”
