The initial rollout will be on the Holidaysafe website with information gained from this project informing any future AI implementations on tifgroup’s other brands including Insurancewith the specialist brand for people with pre-existing medical conditions.
Customers who use the website will be able to get quick, direct answers to their questions or be signposted to the right place.
