Some feedback from a special event in Ireland;
As the leading business network in Re/insurance, ISC Group celebrated its most significant networking event to date in Ireland on 25th July. This landmark event, in collaboration with the Insurance Institute of Dublin (IID) saw women from across the industry, and at all seniority levels come together in an unparalleled opportunity to engage with industry leaders, share insights, and explore new avenues for growth and collaboration.
The event, hosted at WTW offices highlighted ISC Group’s value proposition for both individual members and corporations, spotlighting its work to bridge the seniority gap. By bringing together a diverse group of professionals in a unique ISC safe space, it created an ideal microcosm for ISC members to network and build the ever-valuable external community, as they foster future innovation and strengthen industry ties, setting a cornerstone for future growth and collaboration within re/insurance.
A highlight of the event was the keynote address by Angie Mezzetti, writer, producer, and presenter of the ‘Women in Leadership’ podcast. Angie’s extensive experience and insightful perspectives on leadership and communication provided invaluable takeaways, as she explored ‘Pearls of Wisdom’ featuring women from all industries and at all levels. Angie shared “’Pearls of Wisdom’ is a countdown of music and short audio clips from women who have been guests on my podcast ‘Women in Leadership.’ Each of my guests shared five inspirational ‘Pearls of Wisdom’ and their ‘Go To’ song or songs they turn to for inspiration and to motivate themselves or others.’
