Integra Insurance Solutions Opens Leeds Office

The latest news from Speciality insurance managing general agent (MGA) Integra Insurance Solutions who have opened a 10,860 sq ft Leeds city office and revealed a reimagination of its brand identity as part of its ongoing evolution.

Integra specialises in home insurance through brokers and intermediaries, as well as church and commercial insurance through its Congregational brand.

The company has relocated its 70-strong team from Bradford into serviced office space in Bruntwood Sci Tech’s 230,000 sq ft West Village.

West Village is a sustainable office space and Bruntwood Sci Tech has committed to it being net-zero by 2030. This was one of the driving factors for the move, as Integra is focused on becoming a truly sustainable business.

As part of this, Integra has joined PlanetMark, an internationally recognised sustainability certification, to measure and reduce its carbon footprint which the move to West Village will help further enable.

Integra’s chief executive officer, Martin Cox, commented: “Moving our business to an outstanding location in Leeds city centre provides our talented team with an enhanced environment for collaboration and productivity. West Village also delivers surroundings that perfectly reflect the business that we have evolved into.

“In addition, our new location brings us physically closer to our clients and will help us further implement our ambitious plans for the future.”

Integra’s brand update features a refreshed visual identity and a new brand positioning line of ‘Here to Protect’ and core strategic values of ‘Integrity, Innovation and Sustainability’.

The company says these better reflect Integra’s progressive model and data and technology-led insurance services.

Martin added: “Our new progressive brand identity marks a significant evolution for us. It provides our business with a fresh perspective internally and externally which will excite and empower our people and clients as we continue to expand.”

Integra is a long established business having provided specialist church and related commercial insurance under its Congregational brand for more than 125 years.

The company was recently given a 4.6 out of 5 rating as an MGA by industry title Insurance Times for its service to brokers and has just been ranked as one of the UK’s top 25 MGAs by Insurance Post in terms of its Gross Written Premiums.

A team from law firm Gordons led by commercial property partner, Nick Chamberlain, advised Integra on its ten-year lease at West Village.

Nick said: “Integra is business with a proud history and an exciting future with this latest move and rebrand.

“Martin and the team are in outstanding accommodation at an excellent location within the city centre and we have every confidence this will help propel Integra onto further success.”

Gordons has its head office in Leeds and employs 170 people. The firm’s other commercial property clients include retailers AO, Iceland and Wren Kitchens along with utility provider Northern Gas Networks and Yorkshire Building Society
