Wiser Academy, the award-winning training and development provider, today announces “What’s Log”, a new system built to simplify the lives of insurance apprentices.
The new platform allows learners to effortlessly log their off-the-job learning hours anytime and anywhere using WhatsApp.
Full-time insurance apprentices have to complete off-the-job training for at least six hours per week. Previously, these hours needed to be logged using a third-party system that required an apprentice to log in. Now, apprentices can log their hours and request time sheets at any point by simply sending a WhatsApp message, leaving more time to focus on skill development and less on administrative hurdles.
This system also ensures greater accuracy and accessibility. For learners, it reduces the stress of manual tracking, while for trainers, it delivers precise and up-to-date records, allowing them to support their apprentices more effectively.
