Motor Assist will provide end-to-end accident management and mobility solutions for Drivalia, as it continues to grow its presence across the UK. The pan-European automotive rental, leasing, and mobility provider appointed Motor Assist from AX for its wide-ranging service capabilities and innovative use of technology.  

Drivalia, the ambitious brand from the Credit Agricole Auto Bank Group, will receive end-to-end accident management and mobility solutions for its corporate fleet and SME contract hire & leasing customers, as well as repair deployment and repair management for its expanding rental fleet.

Selecting Motor Assist across key criteria including service expertise, flexibility and company values, the partnership also required a commitment to support Drivalia’s new business acquisition plans. 

As one of the top 50 contract hire and leasing companies, it is vital for its diverse customer base to benefit from a seamless service provision in this critical aspect of fleet management. Motor Assist’s expertise in downtime management, cost control and transparent service delivery were also high priorities for Drivalia. 

Motor Assist will also support Drivalia as the fleet sector embraces the transition to electric vehicles, offering its customers efficient repair and mobility services that reinforces its ambitious growth plans for EV integration. Drivers will benefit from Motor Assist’s EV-for-EV guarantee, ensuring that drivers don’t have to step back into an ICE car if their EV is off the road.
