Four years after disrupting the pet insurance market, Dalma announces a €20 million Series B funding round led by Breega. This round is supported by its existing investors, Northzone and Anterra Capital, who reaffirm their confidence, alongside Bpifrance’s Digital Venture 3 fund—dedicated to innovative technology companies in the digital sector—and Breega, a leading investor in the insurance industry, both of which are joining the company’s capital.

With 700% growth since its Series A and profitability already achieved in France, Dalma has established itself as a key player in the pet insurance industry.
Dalma offers a fast and seamless insurance experience: in just two clicks, customers can customize their coverage. Through its intuitive app, veterinary expenses are reimbursed at lightning speed. More than just an insurance provider, Dalma allows pet parents to connect 24/7 with veterinarians via chat and video calls, while also providing educational programs designed in collaboration with animal welfare experts.
At the heart of its innovation, Dalma leverages cutting-edge technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to exceed market standards. With this new funding round, Dalma is planning to broaden its offering to become the go-to well-being partner for pet parents. New features under consideration include the introduction of a direct payment system for policyholders and the launch of an e-shop featuring a curated selection of top health and wellness products for pets.
These initiatives mark the next step in Dalma’s evolution toward enhanced insurance solutions, better addressing the needs of pet parents.
