Ireland has a thriving insurance sector and so this training initiative will be welcomed by the industry there.
Wiser Academy, the award-winning provider of insurance training and development, is proud to announce its first full-scale international venture with the launch of its Account Executive Academy in the Republic of Ireland.
The Account Executive Academy, which has run successfully in the UK for several years, focuses on enhancing workplace conduct, fostering a growth mindset, and equipping participants with advanced sales and business development skills.
It is available to both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the industry, and runs over 09 months depending on the entry pathway, combining monthly training sessions with one-to-one coaching.
The inaugural cohort in Ireland comprises 12 participants, and Wiser Academy plans to roll out further programmes in Ireland, including its Claims Academy, in due course.
Participants will apply what they learn through real-world projects, including sales planning and client engagement exercises. The Account Executive programme is available as a commercial course.

As part of the expansion, Wiser Academy will soon be able to offer training for qualifications offered by the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
