AIA Australia Signs Up For SCOR VClaims

The latest client win for SCOR;

In 2025, leading life insurer AIA Australia became the fifth major market player in the Australia and New Zealand region to adopt VClaims, rolling out SCOR’s claims rules engine across multiple key funds. This deployment marks another key milestone in the evolution of SCOR Digital Solutions’ claims automation capability in the region and reinforces the long-term partnership between SCOR and the local technology provider behind VClaims in Australia and New Zealand, Adviser Connect. 

A milestone deployment

AIA Australia rolled out SCOR’s award-winning VClaims rules engine across multiple major funds in 2025. AIA Australia is now the fifth major market player in Australia and New Zealand to implement VClaims as part of its digital claims transformation. This latest rollout marks a major milestone for the solution, which now dominates market share in the region. It also creates a pathway for AIA Australia to scale VClaims across additional funds and its retail business.

The deployment also reinforces the long-term partnership between SCOR and Adviser Connect, the technology provider behind VClaims in the Australia and New Zealand market. Over the past decade, the partnership has supported more than 20,000 claims and 60 schemes across multiple insurers, demonstrating both scale and operational maturity.
