Lumera Teams Up With Yellowtail Conclusion

 The latest partnership news from Lumera;

Lumera, a leading insurtech company dedicated to the digital transformation of the European Life and Pensions industry, and fintech company Yellowtail Conclusion, have successfully brought 16 participant portals live for Dutch pension funds. The rollout enables fully integrated digital services based on up-to-date pension data, supporting a consistent digital journey for participants.

The portals integrate Lumera’s administration platform, Lumera AxyLife, with Yellowtail Conclusion’s digital portal solution, enabling participants to access real-time pension information directly from the administration system. Changes made in the portal are automatically reflected in Lumera AxyLife, ensuring consistent and reliable data across systems.

Participants can explore flexibility options in the pension planner and immediately see the impact on future benefits, while the document archive remains continuously updated and accessible.

“In just one year, we have moved from forming a partnership to launching portals servicing clients and their participants,” says Chris Melis, Managing Director, Lumera Netherlands. “This demonstrates how administration and digital services can be fully integrated to support pension funds in a complex and evolving market.”

“From the outset, the ambition was not only to connect systems, but to translate complex administration data into a clear and structured digital experience for participants,” says Daniël Breunese, Director Operations Pensions & Capital, Yellowtail Conclusion. “Through close collaboration, we have established an efficient and transparent way of working that allows pension funds to offer reliable digital services while maintaining full alignment with the administration.”

Clients are already seeing the benefits of the joint solution.

“The integration between Lumera and Yellowtail Conclusion has strengthened how we serve participants,” says Dénis Vinke, Director, Dion Pension Services. “Having accurate information directly connected to the administration gives us greater confidence in our digital communication and provides participants with a clearer view of their pension situation.”

Following the initial phase of collaboration, Lumera and Yellowtail Conclusion will expand the joint offering to include employer and transition portals, further strengthening digital pension services in the Dutch market.
