Tysers, a leading specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, has partnered with The Children’s Society, one of the UK’s foremost children’s charities as a new charity partner.
The Children’s Society was selected following an employee vote across the firm, underscoring Tysers; focus on supporting charities that make a tangible difference. By joining forces with The Children’s Society, Tysers will help address some of the most urgent challenges facing children and young people today, including exploitation, poverty and rising mental health challenges.
David Abraham, COO, Tysers, said: “Tysers is incredibly proud to partner with The Children’s Society.
“We are excited to contribute to the services the charity provides for young people facing abuse, exploitation and neglect, including its vital specialist one-to-one mental health support and crucial work in campaigning for the essential changes needed to keep children safe and hopeful for the future.”
“We are looking forward to working with The Children’s Society through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and volunteering opportunities to help drive better opportunities for young people to thrive.”
The launch of this partnership comes at a critical time, as The Children’s Society continues to expand its early support services for young people – including open-access hubs where young people, small groups, and families can receive immediate specialist help.
Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager at The Children’s Society, Rory Traynor, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Tysers.
“Their support over the next two years will help us expand safe spaces where young people can speak to someone they trust, get help and support and build the confidence they need for a brighter future.”
