Under the agreement, Allianz Partners, a leading global insurer and the UK’s largest travel insurance provider, will provide underwriting capacity for selected Hood Group’s travel insurance products. The collaboration brings together Hood Group’s established distribution and affinity relationships with Allianz Partners extensive in-house expertise, including underwriting, global medical assistance, and market leading claims infrastructure.

The partnership supports distribution across several existing reputable travel insurance brands, while also strengthening the breadth and adaptability of Hood Group’s offering for new partners seeking tailored travel insurance solutions.

Customers will benefit from comprehensive travel insurance cover supported by Allianz Partner’s global footprint, as well as access to its quality international claims handling and assistance network. Affinity partners will gain the assurance of offering products underwritten by a globally recognised insurer, with the flexibility to shape product proposition to suit their particular customer base.
