DQPro and Aviva have signed a multi-year deal to implement DQPro’s software within Aviva’s Global Corporate & Specialty business, as part of the insurer’s commitment to continually improve its data quality, data governance, and controls.
The implementation of DQPro’s software provides Aviva GCS with an additional layer of data assurance within underwriting, alongside the ability to tackle data quality issues upfront.
DQPro’s software has a proven track record providing global insurers with the ability to apply automated, complex, and bespoke data controls and checks to validate data at the point of entry. This software helps insurers find, flag, and fix data issues before they incur cost, inefficiency, and compliance risk.
Jo Rasho, Head of London Market Operations at Aviva, said:
“We’re delighted to be onboarding DQPro into the GCS estate. Its unique approach to tackling data quality issues within underwriting early on is already enhancing performance across our operations. DQPro also offers a distinctive understanding of the market we operate in and provides a solution that gives us real confidence to leverage the opportunities that high quality data can bring.”
Nick Mair, Co-Founder, DQPro, said:
“We are very pleased to add Aviva to our growing customer community. Working with one of the UK’s largest insurers underscores the increasing importance of front-line data assurance across the industry, and we look forward to supporting Aviva as they enhance control, efficiency and confidence across their data operations.”
Aviva joins other leading market insurers in using DQPro to deliver continuous data assurance by helping customers stay ahead of the most common market and operational data issues and have round-the-clock data confidence.
