The latest appointments news from Lumera for you;
Lumera, a leading insurtech company dedicated to the digital transformation of the European Life and Pensions industry, has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors, Johan Sidenmark and Helena Holmgren.
Johan Sidenmark has extensive experience from the Swedish pensions and insurance market, including 12 years as CEO of AMF Tjänstepension.

From several leading positions in the financial and pensions sector, Johan Sidenmark is recognised for his long-term perspective on governance, sustainability and value creation for savers and members. His current roles include Chair of the Board of the Nordic life and health insurer Euro Accident and Chair of Sveriges Radio.
“Lumera is active at a very inviting stage within the pensions landscape, where digitalisation, consolidation and regulatory change are driving obvious needs for efficient, reliable application support and modern digital services,” says Johan Sidenmark. “I look forward to contributing my experience and working with the Board and management team to support the company’s continued progress.”
Helena Holmgren is currently the Finance Lead for Monterro, a leading Nordic B2B software investor and principal owner of Lumera. Her experience includes board assignments for listed and private enterprises, and aside from Monterro-related appointments, she currently serves on the boards for Hexatronic Group and Micro Systemation. Helena is a former CEO and CFO of Pricer AB, and beyond her executive management and finance roles, she also carries broad experience from audit committee positions.
In connection with these appointments, Anders Lundström and Lars Stugemo are stepping down from the Board.

Lumera’s Board of Directors now comprises Peter Larsson (Chair) and Board members Malin Björkmo, Kerstin Hessius, Helena Holmgren, Duncan Howorth, Hans von Knorring and Johan Sidenmark.
