Sixfold Launches Narrative, Offering Capability on Life & Health

Sixfold’s Narrative capability removes that step. When a case arrives, Sixfold’s AI agents ingest all the available information and generate a structured summary tailored to the specific workflow, surfacing key clinical facts, flagging gaps, and signalling what needs to happen next.

An example would be a case involving hypertension and elevated cholesterol. Here, an underwriter needs blood pressure readings, current medications, smoking status, and family history. Narrative surfaces this immediately, and what once took an hour of document review is done in minutes.

The result is faster turnaround, fewer follow-up requests to brokers and clients, and more consistent decisions across teams.
