NOVUS UNDERWRITING

Novus Underwriting, the specialist global wholesale warranty and affinity MGA, part of the International Speciality (Re)Insurance MGA Rokstone, is delighted to announce it has further strengthened its underwriting capability with the appointment of Mark Noble.
Mark brings 5 years of experience to the role. Joining from Canopius, where he held the position of assistant underwriter in its Specialist Consumer Products team, his experience covers a variety of consumer protection insurance products, with a particular emphasis on Accident, Sickness & Unemployment insurance. He brings a deep understanding of developing consumer-focused products and expertise in building value-driven bespoke solutions.
SPECIALTY MGA

Tim Money has decided to step down from his role as CFO at Clear Group at the end of June 2026 after more than six years with the business. Tim joined Clear Group during an important phase of the company’s development and has played a central role in supporting the Group’s rapid growth and acquisitive strategy.
Commenting on his departure, Tim Money said: “I have decided that it is time for me to move on to new opportunities. I have hugely enjoyed my time at Clear Group, in particular working with such a talented and inspirational team of colleagues. I will continue to watch Clear’s growth with pride and full confidence in the success that lies ahead. I wish you all every success for the
future.”
Clear Group confirmed that Tim will be succeeded by Nathan Bavidge, currently CFO at Three Rock Group, parent company of Chill Insurance, Quote Devil Insurance and Ivernia MGA.
KONSILEO

Dawn Derbyshire has joined Konsileo as Head of Commercial Strategy, bringing more than 35 years of experience across multiple broking sectors.
Previously Managing Director of TEn Insurance Services, now trading as Eleven Network, Dawn was responsible for regulatory and operational oversight, network growth and retention, leadership, strategic direction, and stakeholder management within the employee-owned business.
In her new role at Konsileo, Dawn will focus on strategic execution, proposition development, growth, and distribution. She will work closely Client Directors, key partners, and the wider business, leveraging the experience and expertise that exists across Konsileo to support its continued growth ambition.
BROADSTONE

Broadstone, a leading independent insurance consultancy, has appointed Simon Grout as Senior Actuarial Director into its Insurance Advisory & Remediation division.
Simon joins Broadstone from FTI Consulting where he was a Senior Advisor in the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice. He brings more nearly 40 years of experience as both an actuarial and management consultant in the insurance industry across EMEA.
His expertise includes acting as Independent Expert on Part VII transfers and s166 reports, actuarial and commercial due diligence, design and implementation of finance, capital and risk management frameworks, and mergers & acquisitions.
THE MORTGAGE NETWORK

TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Ava Jones as Head of Operations, as the business continues to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its investment in technology, operations and adviser support.
The appointment follows the recent arrival of Bob Scott as Sales and Growth Director and represents another clear signal of TMG’s ambition to build one of the UK’s most progressive, adviser-first mortgage networks.
Jones joins TMG from AESSEAL, one of Rotherham’s most recognised engineering businesses, where she developed a strong track record across operations, commercial delivery, marketing and business improvement.
COFACE

Coface, a global player in trade credit risk management, announces the appointment of James Yau as Head of Commercial, Southeast Asia & Head of Mid-Market, Asia Pacific Region, effective 5 June 2026.
Based in Singapore, James is responsible for accelerating the growth of Coface’s Mid-Market portfolio across Asia Pacific, while working closely with country teams to execute and accelerate the company’s Southeast Asia growth strategy. He reports to Peter Solomon, Chief Commercial Officer, Coface Asia Pacific, with a dotted reporting line to Bernard Nassiri, Group Director Commercial Operations, Lead Generation & Mid-Market.
James brings almost 20 years of experience in trade credit insurance across Asia Pacific. He rejoins Coface from AIG, where he most recently served as Head of Trade Credit, APAC, leading regional strategy and portfolio performance. His strong broker relationships, market reputation, and deep knowledge of Coface, its clients, and its values will support the company’s growth ambitions across the region.
VITESSE

Vitesse, the financial infrastructure connecting the global insurance ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Richard Reggel as Chief Commercial Officer for Europe. The hire follows a year of significant momentum for the company, which has seen customer growth of 40% year-on-year, with nearly 600 customers now active on the platform, spanning global carriers, Lloyd’s market participants, MGAs, TPAs, and brokers.
Richard joins from Verisk, where he spent 12 years building deep expertise across the London Market, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer for Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, leading commercial strategy across Sequel, Whitespace and Morning Data at the intersection of insurance, technology and data.

Bishop Street Underwriters (“Bishop Street”), a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, today announced the appointment of Karman Chan as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective immediately. Karman will serve as a key member of Bishop Street’s leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and President to drive strategic decision-making, anticipate the financial and operational demands of a rapidly scaling business and build the infrastructure needed to sustain long-term growth. In addition to overseeing finance and accounting, she will play an active role in shaping business strategy across the platform. Jeff Arricale has transitioned to Operating CFO, where he will support Karman and the broader finance organization to ensure continuity and support the firm’s financial operations.
Karman brings extensive experience leading finance operations through periods of rapid growth. She spent 11 years at Galway Holdings as CFO, steering the business through more than 25 acquisitions, multiple debt raises, refinancings and recapitalizations. During her tenure, she drove a 17x increase in revenue while building the financial and accounting infrastructure necessary to support a business operating at that scale.

ZEDRA, the global professional services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tristan Craddock as Chief Corporate Development Officer as the business accelerates its ambitious growth strategy. Tristan joins the Executive Committee and will lead the Corporate Development team, based in the UK.

Margolis joins at a key time for Stonebridge as its strong momentum in attracting AR firms is being matched by the growth of its support functions, with hires spanning mortgage quality and compliance colleagues, protection experts, software developers, and management.
Born in South Africa, Margolis has lived in the UK for 20 years and has decades of experience in various sectors including financial services. She will be responsible for the Stonebridge group’s HR and People functions ensuring the network continues to have best-in-class people to scale unimpeded while harnessing technology to further enhance the pace of staff recruitment.
