Xiaomi introduces Xiaomi Care, a comprehensive insurance protection program now available in the UK, ensuring that users of its latest and most advanced smartphones can enjoy top-tier protection.

To suit various customer needs, Xiaomi Care offers two comprehensive insurance packages that can be purchased together with a new product or as additional protection:

Accidents Package: Provides coverage for accidental damage to smartphones.

1. This package includes 24-month coverage against accidental damage, allowing up to two claims within a 12-month period for repairs, and one claim over 24 months for replacement or reimbursement.

Accidents and Theft Package: Includes coverage for accidental damage as well as theft protection.

2. This package also allows up to two claims within a 12-month period for repairs and one claim over 24 months for replacement or reimbursement of the stolen or damaged device.
