WESTFIELD


Paul Wheeler is transitioning into the role of CEO at Sapiens.
Paul’s appointment comes as Sapiens continues to accelerate its AI transformation, helping insurers unlock value by harnessing the power of autonomy. It follows a run of major milestones for the Company, including a significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), the launch of its Insurance Agentification programme, and the opening of its AI Customer Experience Lab at the new London headquarters in Holborn’s Space House.
This announcement also follows other senior appointments, including Kellen Petersen as EVP Sales Americas and Krish Datta as EVP APAC, as well as launching new customer facing operations for Customer and Delivery Success.
BSPOKE GROUP
Bspoke Group is pleased to announce that Wayne Tonge has been appointed Managing Director of Commercial & Delegated Authority, subject to regulatory approval. The newly created role will see Wayne take on expanded responsibilities as Managing Director of Bspoke Underwriting, alongside his existing positions as Managing Director of Commercial, and Managing Director of Miramar Underwriting.
The move forms part of Bspoke’s strategy to further align its underwriting businesses, creating a more joined-up proposition for brokers, partners, and capacity providers, while supporting its long-term ambitions for growth.
Wayne will lead the continued development of the commercial and delegated authority businesses, focusing on delivering a consistent and efficient trading experience, strengthening market relationships, and identifying new opportunities across the portfolio.
MEA PLATFORM

mea Platform, the insurance-native agentic AI company, has appointed Robin Tolla as Chief Human Resources Officer. Robin joins as mea continues to grow its global team.
Tolla brings more than 30 years of experience across a range of HR leadership roles, spanning Fortune 100 companies alongside start-ups and high-growth businesses, with over 15 years in the insurance and technology industries. Her expertise covers people strategy, organizational design, and merger and acquisition integration.
Robin’s appointment caps a period of rapid team growth for mea. In recent weeks, the company has grown its team with roles across engineering, product, client delivery, and client solutions. This growth spans Europe, Asia, and the Americas, continuing mea’s focus on product development and the insurance-specific intelligence at the core of mea Operations. Tolla joins to further the people strategy that supports that momentum.

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, is pleased to announce a series of strategic risk engineering hires in the energy, power and construction risk engineering team across UK and MENA.
These appointments underscore LSM’s commitment to providing deep technical expertise and risk mitigation solutions to clients navigating increasingly complex risks in these vital sectors.
Richard Mundy, Principal Risk Engineer- Energy
Based in London, Mundy brings more than 19 years of deep industry and insurance expertise. He will manage an expanding global client portfolio in the energy sector, with a specific focus on complex upstream, downstream, and construction energy risks, while driving strategic portfolio growth across the UK and MENA. He reports to Paddy Lisulo, UK & MENA Risk Engineering Manager.
Taz Chowdhury, Risk Engineer – Power
Based in London, Chowdhury will support the power line of business across UK and MENA, performing risk appraisals, risk engineering surveys and providing technical input on claims. Reporting to Paddy Lisulo (UK & MENA Risk Engineering Manager), Chowdhury joins LSM with close to seven years of industry engineering experience across UK, MENA, APAC and Europe.
Sam McLachlan, Risk Engineer – Construction
Based in Dubai, McLachlan will provide technical risk engineering support to the MENA construction team, bringing hands-on delivery experience on complex international construction projects to support profitable underwriting of the MENA construction portfolio.
Reporting to Sean Pearson (Underwriting Manager and Construction Regional Product Leader), McLachlan is a chartered civil engineer with more than 12 years of experience across insurance and industry spanning infrastructure, energy, transport, nuclear and commercial sectors.
CONSILIUM
Consilium, the global speciality (re)insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Ben Compton as the latest senior member to join its Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions team in Singapore, which has also today been granted its broking license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Ben joins the Consilium Singapore team as Associate Partner. Previously Vice President, Property, Political Violence, and Terrorism Placement at Marsh, Ben brings over 10 years’ experience to the role, including previous carrier management and insurer relationship roles at JLT Group. He joins Robert Drysdale who leads the Singapore office, having joined the broker earlier this year.
Ben’s expertise complements the existing team in Singapore as well as Consilium’s global Cedant Facultative Risk Solutions division in London, as it seeks to expand both class and territory.
AMTIVO
Amtivo, a leading global provider of trusted certification and assurance services, has appointed Jennifer Hegarty as Ireland General Manager and Group Chief of Staff.
Jennifer joins Amtivo with extensive experience leading strategy, transformation and growth across consulting, technology, government and the non-profit sector. Her appointment reflects Amtivo’s continued investment in leadership as the business expands its international operations while strengthening its local presence in Ireland.
