Signicat Achieves DIATF Certification

Signicat has achieved certification against the UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF) for its component NFC-based identity and identity document verification technology and orchestration services.

The certification comes at a crucial time for the UK, in terms of Digital Identity, following the UK government announcements ending the Digital Identity scheme, leaving the trust framework under the guidance of the Office for Digital Identities and Attributes as the key enabler of future Digital ID adoption in the UK.

Following an independent audit by the Kantara Initiative, Signicat offers its solutions as certified for existing use cases: Right to Work, Right to Rent and Disclosure and Barring Services checks (DBS) in the UK.
