Simply Business Teams Up With Ventis on Property

Simply Business, one of the UK’s largest insurance providers for small businesses and landlords has announced a new partnership with MISSION-backed commercial and residential property MGA Ventis. Opened for business in January 2024, it’s the first time Ventis has distributed its product through a direct-to-customer channel.

Focusing on SME and mid-market property risks, ranging from individual landlords to large portfolios, the latest addition to the digital broker’s panel of insurers expands Simply Business’s offering for its commercial landlord customers.

Ventis will offer a number of products via Simply Business’s platform – including property damage, loss of rent and property owners’ liability, with commercial landlords now able to choose from up to 11 brands across the digital broker’s panel of leading insurers.

Recently celebrating one million small business and landlord customers in the UK, the new partnership demonstrates Simply Business’ continued commitment to offering choice and value for its customers.
