The latest update from Repairify;
Repairify, the UK’s only true full-service diagnostics and calibration provider, is strengthening its support for independent workshops through an enhanced collaboration with Launch Tech UK and Ireland, one of the UK’s leading official suppliers of advanced automotive diagnostic scanners, garage equipment, and aftermarket maintenance tools.
Building on an established global partnership between the two organisations, the collaboration in the UK reflects a shared commitment to helping workshops keep pace with the changing demands of the aftermarket. Repairify will provide remote diagnostic services to Launch Tech UK and Ireland’s customer base, giving workshops direct access to dealer-level diagnostic equipment, OEM tooling and technical expertise.
By combining Launch Tech UK and Ireland’s diagnostic hardware with Repairify’s nationwide diagnostic expertise and remote services, workshops can access the support they need to complete more repairs efficiently, minimise downtime, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Phil Peace, Managing Director at Repairify, said: “This collaboration is about making it easier for workshops to access the expertise they need, exactly when they need it. Vehicle technology continues to evolve at pace, and no workshop should have to turn work away because they don’t have access to a particular OEM tool or specialist knowledge.
“By building on our existing global relationship with Launch Tech Co., we’re bringing together industry-leading diagnostic equipment with comprehensive remote and mobile support. It gives workshops greater confidence to take on increasingly complex repairs while helping them improve efficiency and deliver an even better service to their customers.”
Jon Woolley, Sales and Marketing Director at Launch Tech UK and Ireland, said: “We have a clear focus on what UK workshops need right now. By working more closely together in the UK, we have a real opportunity to help garages access the tools, support, and expertise they need to keep pace and continue delivering for their customers.
“Repairify is an important part of this through the remote diagnostic services it provides to our UK customer base. That means workshops can benefit from access to dealer-level tools, technical expertise, and mobile diagnostic support whenever they need it, giving them greater flexibility and confidence when working on increasingly complex vehicles.”
The collaboration also supports workshops using Launch Tech UK and Ireland’s Smartlink VCI and Secure Gateway (SGW) access solutions, which have become increasingly popular as demand grows for tools capable of supporting advanced vehicle diagnostics and secure manufacturer systems.
Peace added: “Independent workshops are being asked to repair increasingly sophisticated vehicles while remaining competitive and profitable. Partnerships like this are essential because they combine best-in-class technology with expert support, giving workshops the capability to take on more work, complete repairs correctly the first time, and continue delivering the high standards their customers expect.”
