What’s On: UK Quantum Technologies Showcase London Nov 6th

A little heads up for you;

The twelfth instalment of the UK’s leading quantum industry event returns to London on 6 November 2026, bringing together innovators, investors, researchers and policymakers to accelerate commercialisation of quantum research.

Thousands of quantum innovators, investors and industry leaders will gather at the Business Design Centre in London on 6 November for the UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase, exploring how breakthrough ideas can become investable, scalable businesses.

Organised by Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, in collaboration with UK National Quantum Technologies Programme (NQTP), the showcase will spotlight leading voices from government, academia and industry at a key moment for the commercial development of quantum technologies.

This year’s showcase is bigger than ever, with around 130 exhibitors and over 2,000 delegates expected. For investors, it offers a valuable opportunity to discover emerging technologies, meet high-growth quantum businesses and identify potential investment opportunities.

Visitors will be able to explore live demonstrations, expert panels and industry sessions spanning quantum hardware, software, infrastructure, communications, sensing and imaging.

The programme will offer insight into the latest research and market-ready applications, alongside opportunities to build investment partnerships, identify commercial opportunities and form cross-sector collaborations.

Confirmed speakers and panellists include:

  • Innovate UK’s new Director of Quantum, Dr Leon Lobo
  • Executive Chair of Innovate UK, Tom Adeyoola
  • Executive Director of EPSRC, Dr Kedar Pandya
  • Chair of NQTP, Sir Peter Knight
  • Senior Government representatives
  • Founders and executives of leading quantum firms including Nu Quantum, Delta.g and IonQ.

Leon Lobo, Director of Quantum at Innovate UK, said: “The UK has built an internationally recognised quantum sector, and the focus now is on turning that scientific strength into products, services and businesses that deliver real-world impact and economic value.

“This showcase brings together the innovators, investors, researchers and customers needed to make that happen, while demonstrating the commercial progress already being made across the country.”
