As voting opens for this year’s Insurance Choice Awards, Hamilton Fraser Landlord Insurance, winner of ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider 2017’, have once again been nominated and will compete against the industry’s largest providers to retain their title.
Smart Money People launched the Insurance Choice Awards in 2016 in order to make it easier for consumers to find reputable insurance products and providers, as judged by other users. In 2017, over 27,000 consumers voted for over 180 companies.
Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser Landlord Insurance says: “We put customer service at the heart of everything we do so winning this award last year, which is voted for entirely by UK customers, was a wonderful achievement.
Over the last twelve months, we have made some significant changes, including a major redevelopment to launch a mobile responsive ‘quote and buy’ system, reducing the number of screens the user has to complete during the purchase of landlord insurance from 17 to seven. The whole process now takes just four minutes. We have also been working closely with a team of industry experts to provide blogs, guides, podcasts and webinars to support and educate landlords through the many changes the buy-to-let industry faces.
We hope our landlord customers will once again support us to achieve this valuable recognition.”
As well as the 23 categories up for grabs, there will be a number of ‘top level’ awards, such as ‘Customer Service Champion’ and ‘Innovation of the Year’.
Founder of Smart Money People, Mike Fotis said, “Insurance is still a bit of a minefield for many consumers. We run the Insurance Choice Awards to give consumers the chance to share their experiences, and ultimately find great companies to do business with. Every firm involved in these awards is helping to make our mission of increasing trust and transparency in financial services a reality, and should be proud of being part of the Insurance Choice Awards 2018.”
Landlords can vote here, voting takes just two minutes, and one lucky voter will win a £1000 cash prize. Finalists will be announced on the 10th September, with winners announced at an awards event in London on 4th October.
