
Customer-centric Telecoms solutions provider, Guru Technology, has added another facet to its agile business, by offering its clients top-quality insurance protection through new division, Guru Protect.
Guru Protect has been made possible thanks to the Northamptonshire-based business working with Chartered Insurance Broker, Gauntlet Risk Management, and appointing a Protection Manager, Tom Littlemore. Gauntlet keeps Guru Protect’s financial compliance tip-top, whilst also offering full broking support and attractive insurance premiums. With the support of a Gauntlet broking mentor Tom can work on the goals which underpinned the move to in-house insurance provision.
The motivation was based on Guru Technology’s ethos of enabling its mobile phone, network connectivity and hosted phone system clients to partner with Guru in as many ways as possible. Guru strives to ensure its clients benefit from a strong relationship with a company caring about their requirements in every regard. Rather than having those clients which require technology product insurance protection turn to another insurance provider, customer-centric Guru Technology chose to bring insurance into the Guru brand family. This enables its clients to have the same level of service across every aspect of their technology portfolio.
