AXA has been named this year’s top recommended provider in the Which? Car Breakdown Report.
The breakdown service, which is provided by AXA subsidiary AXA Partners UK & Ireland, was compared against 11 other providers including well-known Car Breakdown brands in the UK. The insurance company attained the highest overall score putting it top of the comparison table, with additional kudos from a majority of customers who said that their recovery operator arrived in less than an hour.
The Which? Car Breakdown Report ranks products based on service, reliability and value. The ratings are based on direct feedback from more than 8,000 people who had used their motor breakdown service within the 12 months prior to completing the survey.
